Summer 2024 update

Serwa Bridge 

It appears the stone is coming loose from the Serwa Bridge. You can see some before pictures below…   

At this point, there is more stone that is about to come down and we have hired Serwa Excavation to knock it down, so that the bridge is safe.

Next, we are in the process of getting quotes from various Masonry companies for a fix or other options.  re-stone, paint, stucco, , etc and we will present this information to all the owners for discussion when we have some options and prices.
